The only info I can find comes from a reference published in Poland:
WOLKA - Village no longer existing in which lived Lemko people, located in a valley between the mountains Sucha Gora (608m) and Przymiakami (640m). This area was founded by Wallachians in the year 1577. Wolka was well known in the surrounding area for [unknown word] carvings. The village was destroyed in 1945, when the entire population was taken to Ukraine.
